WILLIAM TITLEY

William is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for MA Fine Art at UCLan with extensive experience of exhibiting and speaking at international events with artwork held in UK Museums Collections. He is a co-founder and director of 'In-Situ', a non-profit Arts Council National Portfolio Organisation embedded in communities in East Lancashire.  He is a Ph.D. candidate at Manchester Metropolitan University, with his research analyzing social artistic processes from the perspective of the artist, adding to debates around what social arts practice is, and what its limits are in its original social context and systems of dissemination.
